Pumpkin Pie Recipe

2 Cups Fresh Pumpkin
3/4 Cup Granulated Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
3/4 Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Seasoning
2 Large Beaten Eggs
1 Can Evaporated Milk
1- 9 inch Deep Dish Pie Shell
Pour Pumpkin in mixing bowl. Add sugar, spices, salt and eggs. Pour Milk overtop everything.
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Then reduce temp to 350 and cook for another 45 minutes.
Let rest for 1 hour and then serve
