Marvel Studios delighted fans on Valentine's Day by unveiling the cast of their highly anticipated adaptation of "The Fantastic Four".

The studio took a unique approach to the announcement, sharing a stylish, 60s-inspired holiday poster on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Earlier this year, there were rumors circulating about Pedro Pascal's potential involvement as Reed Richards, also known as Mr. Fantastic. The poster confirms Pascal's role, and he is set to join the production after completing filming for the second season of "The Last of Us".

Since the film was first announced in 2019, fans have eagerly speculated about the casting of Marvel's iconic quartet. Joining Pascal in the cast is Oscar nominee Vanessa Kirby, who will portray Sue Storm, also known as The Invisible Woman. Joseph Quinn, known for his role in Season 4 of "Stranger Things", will ignite the screen as Johnny Storm, aka The Human Torch. Meanwhile, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, recently seen in FX's "The Bear", will tackle the role of Ben Grimm, also known as The Thing. It remains unclear how much of Moss-Bachrach's portrayal will feature his human form versus the character's iconic rock appearance.

In addition to the cast announcement, Marvel Studios revealed a change in release dates. "The Fantastic Four" will now debut on July 25, 2025, taking the spot previously reserved for "The Thunderbolts". The latter film has been rescheduled to May 2, 2025. Other highly anticipated MCU films slated for release that year include "Captain America: Brave New World" and "Blade".

Directed by Matt Shakman, known for his work on "WandaVision" and "Monarch: Legacy of Monsters", "The Fantastic Four" promises to bring Marvel's beloved characters to life in an exciting new adventure.
